Does Niche Decor have a physical showroom?
Yes! We have TWO! You can see the exact addresses on our "Contact Us" page. One showroom is located in Aurora and the other is located in Newmarket, Ontario.
Do I need to have an account to place an order at Niche Decor?
Yes. You will need to create an account with us to process any online order.
Do you carry the same merchandise in your showroom as you do online?
While the majority of the items that we carry in our showroom are available online, our online store remains our largest hub of products. Our showrooms in Aurora and Newmarket (Ontario) display roughly 50% of the merchandise we offer on our online store. There are also various pieces in our showrooms that we do not have on our website (art, accessories, pillows and bedding).
I’ve placed an order online. Now what?
Congratulations! We can’t wait for you to get your order! Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your order with be processed within 3-4 business days and then depending on it’s shipping specifications will be put on track to get to you as soon as possible.
Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?
If you’ve changed your mind or would like to change something about your order please email us (email@example.com) or call us at 905-727-2727 within 48 hours of placing your order.
How long does an order take to ship? We pride ourselves on having a wide variety of curated items and collections from all over the world. This does result in different shipping and handling times for each product. Typically shipping and handling times will be stated in the product description. Do you ship internationally?
Although we specialize in shipping within Canada, we can absolutely look into international shipping quotes for you. Please feel free to email us.
